Roofgardens Perliroof®

Perliroof® is the patented Italian system used to realize intensive and extensive roofgardens minimizing the thickness of layers, and able to create the best conditions for the vegetation growth, especially in the Mediterranean environment.
Heart of Perliroof® roofgardens is expanded perlite:
> natural and chemically inert
> light and excellent thermal insulator
> incombustible, effective
fire barrier for the layers below
As water storage:
> keeps water form three to five times its specific weight
> keeps most of manures, which are therefore available for vegetation for a long time
> filters percolation waters, reducing manure waste in drains
> keeps roots oxigened and protected from thermal excursions and allows their regular growth |
