Perliwall® is the patented system for green walls and used to realize vertical gardens, with beneficent effects on the building itself and on the near environment. Green walls are also acoustic barriers against traffic noise and they can absorb pollution. Perliwall® is based on a structure made of pre-vegetated panels: the panels are made of aluminum with different grids and felts for restraint; they contain a sub-irrigation layer made of polypropylene and a cultural substrate in semirigid elements, manured and stable in time. The substrates are made of special mixtures formulated according  to vegetable species implanted. The evolution of the system allowed to realize more functional and easily assembling panelings. It has been moreover developed a new integrated ferti-irrigation system.
