"The design of steel structures for safety in case of fire"

The course will comprise two days devoted to the issue of structural safety in case of fire: the focus will be placed on performance steel structures should ensure to meet the safety standards set by the regulations and on the general criteria that are at basis of the verification requirements necessary to ensure safety in case of fire of a body of structural steel.
Participants of the course will be distributed educational materials and technical documentation updated about new legislation.

The courses are organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior - Department of Fire, the Fire Brigade and the Regional Directorates of the Professional Engineers and Architects of cities where events will take place.
The second meeting, which we hope will give satisfaction and feedback equal to that held in Genoa in April, Il secondo convegno, che ci auguriamo possa dare soddisfazione e riscontri pari a quello tenuto a Genova nello scorso April, will be held in Palermo on 7 and 8 July 2009.
Followed by a final event to be held a Milan October 2009 (exact dates will be announced shortly).
