Production
The production and logistics plant of Perlite Italiana, sited in Corsico, is about 30.000 m² wide.
In the production plant there are:
  • 1 horizontal and 2 vertical furnace used for perlite expansion
  • 1 mixing plant for lightweight premix
  • 2 automatic systems for packaging in tubular plastic bags
  • 3 semi-automatic systems for packaging in paper bags
  • 3 points for loading of big bags
  • 2 automatic pallettizers
  • 3 tank farms for raw materials warehousing
